Fine Arts Week and Special Events

PACS Empty Bowls Auction Raises Money for Homeless Shelter

The Prince Avenue National Art Honor Society's 5th Annual Empty Bowls silent auction was held Friday, January 27th.  PACS high school NAHS members, along with faculty members, created 50 beautiful handmade pottery bowls and filled the bowls with goods.  The firing of the bowls was made possible by the installation of a permanent on-campus kiln room through

Senior Brad Bennett Performing with Georgia All-State Jazz Band

Prince Avenue senior Brad Bennett will be performing with the 2017 Georgia All-State Jazz Band  this weekend at the Athens Classic Center.  Brad auditioned at the district level in October and scored a 96  which qualified him to compete at the state level.  He auditioned at the state level in December against 28 other jazz drummers from throughout Georgia.

Eight Prince Avenue Advanced Band students have been selected to perform with the 2017 Georgia Music Educators Association District Honor Band.
