Senior Dalton Owens Signs to Play Football at The Citadel

Congratulations to Prince Avenue Christian School senior Dalton Owens on signing his National Letter of Intent to The Citadel to play football at the college level.

Dalton joined the Prince Avenue Wolverines in 2014 as a sophomore.  Since that time, Dalton has twice been named the GACA Defensive Player of the Year, three times All-Region team, Region Defensive Player of the Year, and has participated in both the Elite GA All-Star Game and the 2016 FCA All-Star Game.  

Coach Greg Vandagriff complimented Dalton as a definite stand-out.  “Dalton is one of the most dominating Defensive Linemen that I have ever had the pleasure of coaching.  His desire to get the football is one of the things that makes him so dominating.”
