The Business Office exists to ensure that your financial investment in the form of tuition, fees, and donations is used to provide your student(s) with a superior Christian education. Additionally, we strive to provide families with accurate and timely fiscal information in a user-friendly format.
PACS uses the vendor FACTS as the unified student information system, billing, and payment mechanism for the school. This software provides families with 24/7 access to review customer and student information, review student grades, update linked financial accounts, make payments, review prior invoices and payments, and review upcoming scheduled payments. In an effort to keep general tuition for all students at an affordable rate, those students who elect to participate in co-curricular activities and use auxiliary services will be assessed incidental fees that are necessary to cover the costs of administering each activity. Examples include athletic team participation, cafeteria purchases, bus transportation, etc. Please review the Incidental Fees Chart for applicable fees by grade level and activity.
