2024-2025 Academic Calendar
Athletics
- A yearly GHSA Physical Form – This form should be printed by you and completed and signed by a healthcare professional. A copy of the completed physical must be uploaded by you to your PRIVIT account.
- Concussion Awareness Form – must be signed in PRIVIT each year after April 1st
- Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form – must be signed in PRIVIT each year after April 1st

Membership in the Wolverine Booster Club is for Wolverine fans young and old. Membership includes admission to all regular-season home athletic events.
Available memberships are as follows:
- Individual Pass: $225
- Family Pass: $350
- Family Pass + Grandparents: $450
Wolverine fans can reserve a parking spot for every home varsity football game, including the playoffs.
First Come ~ First Serve
Before and After-School Care
Parents may drop their students off at the Wolverine Gymnasium from 7:00-7:45 am each day for the Before-School Care Program. Under the supervision of a PACS teaching staff member and approved junior or senior PACS students, attendees are allowed to socialize and have free play until the 7:45 am bell rings, at which time they are escorted (PreK-1st graders) or dismissed to go to their classrooms.
Registration is not required for Before-School Care.
The After-School Care Program is open for students in PreK-4 extended day through 8th grade who are enrolled at Prince Avenue Christian School. Please complete registration information for each child that will be attending.
After-School Care rates are located in the 2024-2025 Incidental Fees.
Bus Service
Prince Avenue Christian School offers three morning and afternoon bus routes:
- Athens
- Loganville/Monroe
- Watkinsville/Good Hope

- Students can register as Regular Riders (monthly rate) if they expect to ride the bus most days. Students can also register as Occasional Riders (daily rate) and ride on an as-needed basis. Fees are charged monthly or per day.
- Please contact the Business Office with any questions related to bus rates at businessoffice@princeave.org.
- Bus routes may be adjusted according to demand.

Business Office
PACS offers many co-curricular activities and optional services. The following charts represent a guideline for grade-specific opportunities and pricing. However, changes may be necessary during the year. Please review the Wolverine Weekly emails for Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) opportunities, optional student camps, and school partner services (e.g. school pictures, private lessons, etc.)
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Information
The morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up procedures have been updated for school year 2024-2025. To help drop-off and pick-up run efficiently and safely, all parents are encouraged to watch the instructional videos and review the maps provided before the first day of school.

Family-School Handbook
Fine Arts
Band Camp for 7th – 12th grades will run July 29th – August 1st.
Percussion: 9:00 am -12:00 pm
All members (wind and percussion players): 1:00 -4:00 pm
- Percussion students will need to pack a lunch.
- We will have a cookout/swim party at Mr. Dailey’s house after rehearsal on August 1st.
More information will be provided as we near the end of summer.
Little Prince Players is the lower school drama club that is offered on Thursdays after school for 4th and 5th-grade students.
During the fall, students are introduced to the fundamentals of drama while preparing for the drama portion of the lower school musical.
Little Prince Players will begin rehearsals on August 15th. Participants should register at the link below.

Newsies auditions for Middle school students will be Thursday, August 8th from 3:30-5:30 pm.
(Middle school students are only eligible to audition for Newsies if they auditioned for Annie). If needed, callbacks for middle school students will be held on Friday, August 9th from 3:30-5:30 pm.
Please be on the lookout for audition forms, which will need to be filled out prior to auditions.
High School Auditions for both productions will be held the first week of school.
All auditions will be held in the chorus room (222). Auditions are open to any high school PACS student. No previous stage experience is required.
Please dress for movement. There will be a choreography combination taught at the audition. Bring in any character or tap shoes you own. Sneakers are fine if you do not own dance shoes.
Callbacks will be held Wednesday, August 7th, Thursday, August 8th, and Friday, August 9th from 3:30-5:30 pm.

Prince Fine Arts publishes a magazine that serves as the program for all of Prince Avenue Christian School Fine Arts Department Activities. This program will feature all performing groups and will be available at all concerts, plays, and musicals. Please prayerfully consider supporting the Fine Arts at PACS by purchasing an ad for our program.

SAGE Dining Services

After a brief, general information meeting, parents will be dismissed to meet with their child’s teacher in her classroom for more specific information about how the school year will proceed.
If parents have more than one child in these grades, they will have the opportunity to attend an informational session in each classroom.
*This is a parent-only event. Parents are asked to make childcare arrangements for their children. It is requested that at least one parent per family attend.
2nd – 5th Grade Parent Orientation
