Prince Advanced Band Earns Superior Ratings

The Prince Avenue Christian School Combined Advanced Band recently performed in two events earning the highest rating of Superior at both events. 

The band attended the Georgia Music Educators Association District Performance Evaluation held at East Jackson High School and received superior ratings from all three judges in all categories including sight-reading.  This marks the third consecutive year the band has received this prestigious rating.

The band also performed in the Association of Christian Schools International Southeastern Region Band Festival held at Toccoa Falls College.  At this event, the band also received a superior rating from every judge in every category marking the fifth consecutive year that the Prince band has earned the highest rating at ACSI Festival.

The Prince Combined Advanced Band includes both middle and high school students in Advanced Band classes.
