Roland and Meeler Sign to Play College Sports
Two Prince Avenue Christian School seniors signed this week to play sports at the college level.
Grant Roland signed to play football at Grand View University. Head Coach Greg Vandagriff describes Grant as a true Wolverine for life. “We are truly going to miss Grant Roland next year; he is the winningest quarterback in Prince history. He is also our single-season and career passing record holder. He did a wonderful job directing our offense, and we want to wish him the best of luck at the next level.”
Dalton Meeler signed to play basketball at Piedmont College. Head Coach Will Cantrell says Dalton is very deserving of the recognition he has received this year. “Dalton has earned everything that has come his way. He was voted Region Player of the Year and voted All-State. Now he gets an opportunity to continue playing at the next level. He is an amazing example of what can happen when talent works hard.”
Congratulations to these two Prince students on their success in the classroom and athletics.
