Two Prince Avenue seniors signed today to play sports at the college level. Tori Cameron signed to play softball at Georgia Military College, and Kam Caldwell signed to play softball at Appalachian State University.
Head Coach Donnie Byrom says that it has been a pleasure and an honor to work with both the Cameron and Caldwell families as part of the Prince Softball community.
Coach Byrom describes Tori as a versatile, hard-working student athlete who has excelled both in the classroom and on the softball field. “Tori will be able to fit any need GMC has with her team-first mentality. GMC is getting a gem that will continue to shine as a high-character leader both on and off the field.”
Coach Byrom describes Kam as a talented, hard-working, well rounded young lady who is passionate about life and softball. “She has been, in many ways, the face of Prince Softball for the past 4 years. She will represent us well at the next level. App State is getting a very talented aggressive player who will shine at the D 1 level.”
