Prince Teachers Named GISA Master Teachers
Three teachers from Prince Avenue Christian School were recently named by the Georgia Independent School Association (GISA) as Master Teachers. High school math teachers Stacy Reincheld and Jennifer Williams and kindergarten teacher Dana Ross were chosen from 67 participating GISA member schools.
The selection process for the Master Teacher program is challenging and competitive. To be considered for the program, candidates are required to submit an application as well as a portfolio including three tangible examples of outstanding work related to the classroom and to sharing and collaborating with other educators. Among other requirements is an unedited video of the candidate’s classroom teaching utilizing best practices and five letters of recommendation.
Prince currently has 14 teachers who have achieved the distinguished honor of GISA Master Teacher. Congratulations to these faculty members for their exemplary work and for all that they contribute to Prince Avenue Christian School.
