Prince Names Top Award Recipients for the Class of 2024
Prince Avenue Prince Avenue Christian School has named the top award recipients of the Class of 2024.
The 2024 Valedictorian is Mimi Culpepper. Mimi is the daughter of Katherine and John Culpepper and has attended Prince for 12 years. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, National Art Honor Society, and Interact Club and was honored as the Rotary Student of the Semester for fall semester. Mimi also serves as senior class president and plays on the varsity tennis team. Mimi volunteers as a lower school small group leader at Athens First United Methodist Church and teaches tennis to toddlers at Athens Country Club in the summer. Mimi plans to attend the University of Georgia.
The 2024 Salutatorian is Madeline Tebeau. Madeline is the daughter of Mary Elizabeth and John Teabeau and has attended Prince for 13 years. Madeline is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Interact Club, and National Art Honor Society. In varsity athletics, Madeline has played volleyball, basketball, and golf. Madeline attends Athens First United Methodist Church where she serves as a 4th-grade small group leader. Madeline plans to attend the University of Georgia.
Cadence Collete received the 2024 Prince Epistle Award given to the graduating senior who, in the opinion of the faculty, best represents what Prince values more than anything else – a Christ-like spirit that manifests itself in a desire to grow in the Lord and serve others for the glory of God. Cadence is the daughter of Lisa and John Collette and has attended Prince for 13 years. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and Interact Club. She is a member of the Prince Praise Team, leads girl’s high school Bible study, and has participated in varsity athletics on the swim, tennis, and soccer teams. Cadence attends Prince Avenue Baptist Church where she serves on the youth worship team and as a counselor at Camp 78 for elementary children. Cadence plans to attend the University of Georgia.
