Appleby and Robinson Retire After Many Years of Dedicated Service
Two long-time Prince Avenue Christian School staff members are retiring after many years of service to Prince.
Athletic Administrative Assistant Johnette Appleby is retiring after 24 years at Prince. During her tenure at the school, Mrs. Appleby has served in various administrative roles, but she has spent the last 18 years in the athletic department. Prince Athletic Director Richard Ricketts describes Mrs. Appleby as humble and selfless. “Johnette is always willing to go above and beyond to do whatever she can to help make our school run smoothly. She has remained a steady, reliable force for our athletic department, and I am going to miss her.”
Administrative Assistant to the Head of School Ginger Robinson is retiring after eight and a half years of service at Prince. Altogether, Mrs. Robinson has worked full-time for 34 years with 20 of those years in education. Head of School Seth Hathaway describes Mrs. Robinson as a talented professional. “In my 35 years of adult work experience, Mrs. Robinson is the most productive and efficient teammate I have ever worked with.”
