Hartwell Signs to Play Baseball at Georgia Tech

Prince Avenue senior Judson Hartwell recently signed to play baseball at Georgia Tech.

During Judson’s time at Prince, the Wolverines were three-time region champions (’22, ’23, and ’24) and back-to-back state champions (’23 and ’24).  In addition, Judson was named  Region Player of the Year for three consecutive seasons (’22, ’23, and ’24) and was named to the All-State Team the same years.  Individually, Judson has been recognized as the Georgia Dugout Club Single A Player of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.

Prince Athletic Director Richard Ricketts describes Judson as a leader both on and off the field.  “Judson is not only a great player, but he leads with servant leadership.  I have enjoyed watching him grow during his high school career at Prince.  Georgia Tech is getting a good one!”
