Senior Carly Land Selected for Lee University Honor Band

Prince Avenue Christian School senior Carly Land was selected to participate in the prestigious Lee University High School Honor Band, held at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee this past November.

Each fall, Lee University invites outstanding high school musicians from across the country to participate in its Honor Band—an intensive clinic and performance event where students rehearse under expert clinicians and perform in a culminating concert open to the public. Participation in the Honor Band offers students the opportunity to refine their skills alongside talented peers while working in a collegiate-level setting.

Carly was nominated by Prince band director Gerald Dailey and selected based on her musicianship and audition materials. During the event, she earned first chair euphonium, an honor that recognizes her exceptional performance among top high school musicians from across the region.
