Prince to Honor Local Veterans on Veterans Day
The students of Prince Avenue Christian School will honor local veterans on Wednesday, November 11, with a special Veterans Day ceremony recognizing the service and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our nation.
The ceremony will be held at the Prince Avenue Baptist Church Worship Center, located at 3691 Monroe Highway in Bogart, Georgia. Veterans are asked to arrive by 10:00 a.m. The approximately 45-minute ceremony will feature student remarks and musical presentations honoring those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
Veterans are encouraged to email a photograph of themselves in uniform to veteransday@princeave.org. Submitted photographs will be incorporated into the ceremony as part of the school’s tribute to local veterans.
All veterans and their families are warmly invited to attend this special event as Prince Avenue students, faculty, and staff come together to express their gratitude and honor the men and women who have served our country.
