Students Involved in Ministry Opportunities

Prince Avenue Christian School Beta Club members recently helped with Special Olympics at Showtime Bowl, ministering to young special needs children as they participated in the competition.  The Prince students helped the youngsters with their bowling skills, and provided encouragement and support them as they competed in the event.  Working with Special Olympics gives Prince Avenue students an opportunity to interact with handicapped children, and to minister to the community.

Next week, the senior class will be helping to pack Operation Christmas Child boxes at Central Baptist Church, and next month the juniors will travel to Atlanta to help sort and prepare the boxes for shipping overseas.
