Wells Selected for District Band
Eighth Grade band student Luke Wells was named to the Georgia Music Educators Association District Honor Band, following a competitive audition process that included over 1200 middle school students. Wells is the first Prince Avenue Christian School student chosen for this prestigious ensemble.
The District Honors Band met last weekend to rehearse and perform at the Georgia Baptist Assembly in Toccoa. Wells has been a part of the Prince band program for several years. The school's band director, Miles Adams, accompanied Wells to the concert.
