PACS Fine Arts to Present Annual Christmas Concert

The Prince Avenue Christian School Fine Arts Department will present their annual Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 11 at 7:00 pm in the Prince Avenue Baptist Church Worship Center.  Parents and special guests are invited to come celebrate the Christmas season with performances from lower, middle, and high school students. 

The PACS Fine Arts Department began preparations for the Christmas Concert at the beginning of first semester.  Along with preparing for fall productions and performances, students have worked diligently on Christmas music.  Attendees will hear performances from the Fifth Grade, Intermediate, and Advanced Bands under the direction of Miles Adams.  The Middle and High School Performing Arts Classes, Middle School Girls’ Chorus, and High School Chorus “Voices of Prince” will perform choral songs under the direction of LaMurl Morris.  Also, the high school Praise Team will sing under the direction of Matt Curtis.

Guests will enjoy Christmas favorites such as Jingle Bells, Carol of the Bells, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.  The evening will conclude with a special combined band, chorus, and praise team performance of Sing of Christmas in which the audience is invited to sing along.
