PACS 9th Annual Spring Gala – “Giggle and Give” with Comedian Brad Stine
Prince Avenue Christian School is preparing for the Giggle and Give Spring Gala, an annual event sponsored by the PACS Office of Development to support the PACS Annual Fund.
Giggle and Give will be Tuesday, March 17 at the Athens Country Club. The evening will begin with a Flash Silent Auction at 6:00 followed by dinner at 7:00. The highlight of the evening is entertainment provided by Comedian Brad Stine. Brad, a well-known Christian comedian, is back by popular demand after entertaining PACS Gala attendees last year.
The Silent Auction event is an exciting part of the Giggle and Give Gala. Supporters of PACS bid on items such as themed baskets, vacation accommodations, original art, and gift items. Competitors follow their bids throughout the evening and enjoy trying to outbid others that are interested in their items.
Some highlights on this year's auction list include: Vacation destinations such as Destin, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; Hawaiian Islands; British Columbia, Canada; and St. James, Barbados. For those that are “Built for the Wild” there is a Yeti Package and an AR15 with case and amo. Georgia fans will want to bid on GA vs. AL tickets for four or a UGA Locker Room Tour and Photo Op. Fitness enthusiasts will be excited to bid on a Personal Bootcamp with Meg Titshaw or Michael Summers Fitness Package. Racing fans will not want to miss the chance to place a bid for two full access pit and garage passes for the NASCAR Truck Series Race at Talladega, Alabama Super Speedway. And of course Wolverine fans will want to be sure to compete for the coveted Queen of the Carpool, VIP Reserved Football Parking, or Golf and Lunch with Coach Jeff Herron. There are many other exciting items up for auction, and items are added daily as the gala approaches. Be sure to come prepare to Giggle and Give!
The Spring Gala is not only a wonderful opportunity to raise money for the PACS Annual Fund, but it is a special time for the PACS community to come together in support and celebration of our wonderful school.
