5th Annual Empty Bowls Auction to Be Held Friday, January 22nd

The National Art Honor Society's 5th Annual Empty Bowls auction is this week!  Our high school NAHS members, along with many faculty members, have created beautiful handmade pottery bowls which will be sold through a silent auction on Friday, January 22nd  from 8:00 am-12:00 pm.

All proceeds from the auction will go directly to A Bigger Vision, a local Athens-area homeless shelter. In the past Empty Bowls auctions, the generosity of our PACS families has been overwhelming.  Last year, the NAHS raised $2600, and with your help, this year they hope to meet and EXCEED that amount! 

The bowls will be on display in the main entrance hallway beginning Tuesday, January 19 until Thursday, January 21.  The bowls will then be “filled” with various goodies and will be ready for the auction to begin at 8:00 am on Friday! Bidding ends at 12 pm sharp, so be ready to bid on your favorite bowls.
