Middle School Academic Team Qualifies for State Tournament

The Prince Avenue Middle School Academic Team recently qualified for the state Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) Tournament.  The team came in second by only  five points behind Oglethorpe at the competition held at Hart County Middle School.  The other competitors included Jefferson City, Malcom Bridge, Hart County, Franklin County, Stephens County, and West Jackson. 

The team is coached by middle school English Teacher Julie Evans, and team members include Logan Brown, Jaden Drudge, Maggie Holt, Sammy Hodges, Hendley Jones, Hunter Melton, and Madison Sizemore.  The team will compete in the PAGE state tournament on January 23rd in Milledgeville.
