Caleb Land Makes Middle School All-State Band for Second Consecutive Year

For the second consecutive year, PACS 8th grader, Caleb Land, has made the Georgia Middle School All-State Band.  This year, he made second chair which means he is the second best middle school trombonist in the state.  All-State Band is the highest honor available to band students in Georgia.  It is the goal of high-achieving band students to make All-State once before they graduate, and Caleb has made it twice before he gets to high school.  Caleb will rehearse with the All-State Band March 3 – 4 at the Classic Center in Athens.  The performance will be on Saturday, March 5th.
