Fine Arts Week, February 21 – 23

Prince Avenue Christian School will celebrate Fine Arts Week on Wednesday, February 21st – Friday, February 23rd.  The week will include themed dress up days, the PACS Fine Arts Winter Concert, and special guest Beverly Varnado.

All students are encouraged to participate in themed dress-up days.  If students do not dress up, they are expected to follow the school uniform dress code.  

Wednesday, February 21:  Seussical Day

Dress up as your favorite animal! Transform the hallways of Prince Avenue into the Jungle of Nool by dressing up as your favorite animal! Find inspiration from your favorite jungle animal or Seussical characters.

 

Thursday, February 22: Family-Friendly Meme Day

Exactly as it sounds, the day is dedicated to the many viral memes that take over the internet. Recreate iconic looks, photos, and videos posted on Twitter. Please make sure to keep all memes family friendly.

 

Friday, February 23: Pattern Day

Wear your craziest patterned outfit! Go all out and celebrate your favorite colors, patterns and designs by using as much of the color wheel as you can.

 

Special Activities for Fine Arts Week:

Thursday, February 22: Winter Concert featuring our Prince Bands, High School Performing Arts, Improvables, and Literary Music Contestants
7:00 pm in the PABC Worship Center

Friday, February 23: Special Guest
