Important Information on PACS RenWeb and FACTS Integration

On Tuesday, November 6th, PACS is integrating our two major software systems (FACTS and RenWeb ParentsWeb) to better serve our school community. While this change will have many positive effects school-wide, there are a few items that will impact our families in the near future:

• ParentsWeb will be temporarily unavailable for several hours in the morning on November 6th.
• The website used to log-in to FACTS and RenWeb will change (see below)
• Communication preferences from FACTS may be different (see below)
• Improved billing options will exist for students who receive payments from more than one family
• Re-enrollment for the next school year will be improved

 

New Website for FACTS and ParentsWeb:

• After November 6th, you will need to use a new website to access your ParentsWeb and FACTS information: http://www.FACTSmgt.com.
• Use your current ParentsWeb username and password to log-in to this site. From the menu bar at http://www.factsmgt.com, select the “Parent Log in” drop-down and the “FACTS Family Online (ParentsWeb)” option. Your FACTS username and password will no longer be needed.
• Once you’ve logged in successfully, you will see a new link in the Family Information section that will open your FACTS account.
• There are no changes to the RenWeb Home app, so you may continue to use this application if desired.

 

FACTS Communication Preferences: 

This software upgrade will replace the email addresses and phone numbers in FACTS with those that are currently in RenWeb. For many families, this may alter which family members receive payment notification reminders, invoices, and other misc. FACTS correspondence. Please contact the school after the upgrade should you want to change your communication preferences.

 

ParentsWeb:

Some of our families, particularly those with lower school students, may not be familiar with ParentsWeb. Please follow these steps to access your ParentsWeb account.

1. Visit www.factsmgt.com
2. Select Parent Log in from the top menu bar
3. Select FACTS Family Online (ParentsWeb)
4. The District Code is PACS-GA
5. Enter your username and password and click Login

 

If your username and password are not accepted, try the “Forgot User Name/Password” link.
