Varsity Girls Cross Country Team Places 2nd in Region

The Prince Avenue Christian School Varsity Girls Cross Country team recently finished 2^nd in Region with six runners finishing in the top 20:  senior Lizzy Coleman – 6^th, sophomore Sallie Simpkins – 12^th, sophomore Brittan McGinn – 14^th,  senior Bailey Hicks – 18^th, senior Olivia Shivar – 19^th, and sophomore Kaitlyn Ward – 20^th.  These six runners have qualified for the State Cross Country Meet to be held on Saturday, November 7^th in Carrollton at 9:30 and 10:15 am.

Varsity Boys Cross Country runner junior Parker Houck placed 4^th in region and will also compete in state competition.
