Mr. and Miss PACS 2022
Prince seniors Josh Britt and Kaitlyn Ward were selected by their high school peers as Mr. and Miss PACS 2022.
Josh is the son of Christy and Matt Britt and has attended PACS for ten years. His favorite academic subject is math, and his favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Josh competes on the varsity football, basketball, and track and field teams and is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and Interact Club. Josh volunteers in the summer assisting with elementary football camp. He would like to attend the University of Georgia and study business.
Kaitlyn is the daughter of Caroline and Kelly Ward and has attended PACS for 11 years. Her favorite academic subject is biology, and her favorite Bible verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9, “But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.” Kaitlyn leads a 7th-grade girls small group, is a competitor on the varsity cross country and track teams, and is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, National Art Honor Society, and the PACS Praise Band. Kaitlyn is undecided about where she will attend college but would like to pursue a career in medicine.
Mr. and Miss PACS were chosen from a group of six senior boys and five senior girls representing the senior class on the Homecoming Court. When selecting Homecoming Court, the student body is asked to consider if students are characterized by the “fruit of the Spirit” as listed in Galatians 5:22-23.
