Students to Participate in District Honors Chorus
Fourteen Prince Avenue Christian School Upper School students have been nominated to participate in the Georgia Music Educators Association District Honors Chorus on Friday through Saturday, October 28-29 at the Classic Center in Athens.
The students will rehearse several times with other students from all over north Georgia, and then perform in a free public concert on Saturday. The Middle School Honor Chorus will perform at 2:00 pm, with the high school performance set for 4:00 pm.
Prince Avenue students who were nominated include juniors Sarah Anthony, Nicole Stephens, sophomores Chandler Chittom, TJ Loveless, Mackenzie Lowman, Chloie Medford, and freshmen Katelyn Grider and Cole Hurley. Middle school students nominated include eighth graders Nicole Hood, Brooke Pruitt, Peyton Ricketts, Miller Townsend, and seventh graders Virginia Beth Butler, and Megan Schwartz.
