Apply Online for Admission to PACS
Our online application makes applying for school as simple as possible. This process allows you to apply for more than one student at a time. Please note, however, that supplemental forms must be submitted for each child as appropriate for their grade level.
Admissions Process
PreK-3 & PreK-4
- Applications open: September 4th
- Deadline to apply and have all supplemental documents submitted: January 10th
- Admissions decisions sent: February 3rd
- Applications submitted after February 3rd are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis based on grade-level capacity.
Kindergarten – 12th Grade
- Applications open: September 4th
- Deadline to apply and have all supplemental documents submitted: February 5th
- Admissions decisions sent: March 3rd
- Applications submitted after March 3rd are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis based on grade-level capacity.
To Complete the Online Application:
- Choose “Create An Account” on the top menu.
- Log in, and begin the Online Application. Choose the application for the appropriate year. Feedback on your progress is provided on the left menu as you continue. A yellow caution sign appears if you have not entered required information. A green checkmark appears if you have completed a section.
To Reopen an Online Application You Already Started but Did Not Complete:
- Choose “Online Application/Log In” on the top menu.
- Choose the application you wish to complete.
Submit your $245 non-refundable Application Fee online by credit or debit card. (If you wish to pay by check or cash at the school office, you must contact the Admissions Office before completing the online application process.)
The recommendation forms are all available to be completed on our website.
Pre-K (Must be 4 years old on or before September 1)
- Birth Certificate (photocopy accepted)
- Certificate of Immunization (photocopy accepted)
- Church Recommendation Form
- Court documentation (if applicable)
Kindergarten (Must be 5 years old on or before September 1)
- Birth Certificate (photocopy accepted)

1st – 5th grades
- Records Request Form (which includes birth certificate, immunization, report cards, testing reports, etc.)
- Church Recommendation Form
- Principal/Guidance Counselor/Preschool Director Recommendation Form
- Elementary Teacher Recommendation
- Court documentation (if applicable)
6th – 12th grades
- Records Request Form (which includes birth certificate, immunization report cards, testing reports, etc.)
- Church Recommendation Form
- Principal/Guidance Counselor/Preschool Director Recommendation Form
- Math Teacher Recommendation (if requested)
- English Teacher Recommendation (if requested)
- Court documentation (if applicable)
The Admissions Office will call or email you to set up testing for your student(s).
The appropriate office will call or email you to set up an interview with the administration. Parents, guardians, and 6th – 12th-grade students are required to attend.

Admissions Status Tracking
After your Online Application has been submitted, you may log back into the system at any time to:
- Print your submitted application for your records.
- Monitor the status of your admissions process, including when all your forms have been submitted from you, the church, principal or counselor, and previous teachers and schools.
- Reprint any supplemental forms.
