Youth Leadership Athens

The 2017-2018 YLA Steering Committee is gearing up for the 29th year of Youth Leadership Athens!

YLA Program Objective:

To develop in today’s young people the leadership skills and community awareness necessary to become the next generation of future leaders.

Who should apply:

Existing  10th and 11th grade students who want to further develop their leadership skills and channel those skills toward helping others and improving their community.

Emerging  youth leaders who want to take on more active leadership roles in their community or school.

Prospective youth leaders who want to explore their own potential leadership abilities and develop leadership skills focused on helping others and improving their community.

Applications for 10th and 11th graders are available in the counseling office.  If you have any questions about the application, contact Susan Mull at ssmull@aol.com 

The 2018 application period will end on Friday, October 13, 2017.
